Shortly after, Gerga also lost another 60,000 when running into the pocket aces of a short stack.

Rose Scoops Big Pot

[user38873] • Nivo 17: 3,000-6,000, 1,000 ante

"Sorry man, but you saved me. If you fold, I call," Dragoslav Timarac said to Adam Jaguscik as the latter had just been eliminated by Daniel Rose. The latter had defended in the blinds, as did Jaguscik and the action then went nuts on the flop {K-Spades}{5-Clubs}{3-Clubs}. Timarac managed to fold aces whereas Rose went into the showdown with {K-Hearts}{5-Hearts}.

Jaguscik held the {K-Clubs}{J-Clubs} and the board completed with the {4-Spades} turn and {5-Diamonds} river.

Frederic Schwarzer lost a flip for 62,000 with {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} against the {A-Spades}{J-Diamonds} of Apostolos Chatzopoulos on a board of {A-Clubs}{K-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{5-Spades}, the remaining chips then vanished shortly after.

Sergey Topchiy clashed with Arturs Scerbaks and lost most of his chips with {A-Hearts}{3-Hearts} versus {6-Clubs}{5-Spades}. Scerbaks had flopped the straight on a board of {7-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and left Topchiy very short, it was all over a couple of minutes later.

Oliver Heidel
Oliver Heidel

Dominik Paus was down to 39,000 chips when everyone went on dinner break, now he is up to 380,000 after taking all the chips from Oliver Heidel. He first doubled with {A-Clubs}{2-Clubs} versus the {K-}{6-} of the fellow German on a board of {10-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}, then with tens versus ace-king.

Last but not least, Heidel shoved the {K-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{A-Hearts} river for 130,000 into a pot of 70,000. Paus called with {J-Clubs}{10-Clubs} for the straight and Heidel's {7-Spades}{7-Clubs} were worthless.

Mulsow Busts to Andreev

[user38873] • Nivo 18: 4,000-8,000, 1,000 ante
Martin Mulsow
Martin Mulsow

Martin Mulsow opened to 15,000 and Boris Andreev flat-called from the small blind. On the flop {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}, Andreev check-called a bet of 15,000 and the {K-Spades} on the turn saw Andreev check and Mulsow jam for 60,000. Andreev called with {K-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds} and Mulsow's {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs} was drawing thin.

The {8-Diamonds} river even gave Andreev a flush and the German busted.

Mykola Lakatosh, who had survived the bubble with less than two big blinds, was also spotted out for a min cash as well.
