Late Controversy
Some late controversy has erupted on a table during a hand featuring Dimitrij Goncharov and Laszlo Tarjanyi.
We caught the action with the chips in the middle on a king-high flop. It is believed that Tarjanyi had announced that he was all-in, and Goncharov made the call without realizing that Tarjanyi had many more chips behind the bet that was out in the middle of the table.
Goncharov held pocket tens and trailed the A-K of Tarjanyi. Goncharov then became very boisterous and was extremely angry that he couldn't see all of his opponent's chips. With most of the dialogue in German it's difficult for us to decipher exactly what was said, but since we were down to the last few hands of the day, play was disrupted across the entire room as the argument was resolved by the tournament director.
As the turn and river blanked, Goncharov was forced to double up his opponent. -

Slotboom Puts Table on Notice
The normally quiet Rolf Slotboom just made a playful declaration to the table. "Don't touch my blinds. I'm warning you...if anyone raise...I will...[gestured an all in.] Ironically enough, one player dared triple the blind and Slotboom, after only mild consideration, silently folded.

Maik Andre Dahling Eliminated
Othmar Hackenberg made a mininum raise to 600 from early position. Action folded around to Maik Andre Dahling in late position and he raised to 2,000 total. When it got back around to Hackenberg, he asked for a count on Dahling's remaining chips. It was roughly 6,500 in addition to the 2,000 bet. Hackenberg pushed out enough chips to put Dahling all in and he made a reluctant call. The players showed:

Harald SuscheggHarald Suschegg Continues to Bully
Harald Suschegg is continuing with his aggressive big stack play. He recently opened the action to 1,200 from under-the-gun and Maik Andre Dahling made a strong re-raise from his immediate left, making it 3,400 to go. The action folded back around to Suschegg who immediately announced he was all in. The large overbet sent Dahling into the tank and eventually laid down his hand to keep his 12,000 stack in tact. Suschegg is now up to close to 50,000 chips.

Rolf SlotboomRolf Slotboom Doubles
Rolf Slotboom opened the action with a raise to 825, and Jan Veit re-raised to 3,000. Slotboom, who has been entertaining the table all evening with his table talk, burst into a raft of German diatribe before elegantly stacking all of his chips together and pushing them into the middle. Veit made a pot-committed call for another 2,325 and the cards were revealed.
